Search methodology and process management
Every search begins with a deep dive client briefing, conducted face to face, or via a video meeting. The team then engages with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and full understanding of the role to be filled and agrees the interview process. You will be presented with a fully qualified shortlist within three weeks.
Our team will conduct a thorough assessment of technical proficiency, expertise and cultural fit. Candidates are evaluated on their desire and ability to execute against each facet of the job specification and the nuanced needs gleaned from the detailed client briefing.
The team can also manage psychometric evaluation, such as the Hogan Personality Inventory assessment, which measures personality and how the candidate relates to others and performs within different leadership styles. This can be delivered by one of our partners The Heyman group, who will present a detailed consultation from the results and provide coaching around how to best integrate and manage the potential candidate.
