Supply Chain Integration Manager
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

This is a permanent position which requires working fluency in English.

Committed to delivering top-quality products while continuously enhancing processes, they are currently embarking on a transformative journey to optimize their Order to Cash (OTC) processes. In pursuit of this goal, they are seeking a proficient SAP OTC Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
The SAP OTC Project Manager will serve as a vital link between business requirements and technological solutions. Operating within the Supply Chain team, the incumbent will spearhead the implementation and enhancement of SAP OTC modules to streamline order processing and customer fulfillment operations. This role necessitates adept project management skills, a comprehensive grasp of SAP systems, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities.

  1. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP OTC modules, from initial scoping to final deployment.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across the supply chain to discern their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  3. Solution Design: Work in tandem with internal and external technical teams to craft and configure SAP OTC solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, IT personnel, and external vendors.
  5. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the seamless adoption of SAP OTC solutions across the organization.
  6. Risk Management: Identify potential project delivery risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation plans to ensure minimal disruptions.
  7. Quality Assurance: Uphold the quality and integrity of SAP OTC implementations through meticulous testing and validation processes.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of OTC processes through SAP system enhancements and the adoption of best practices.

  • Extensive functional knowledge in end-to-end SAP Sales and Distribution (i.e. order management, pricing, rebates, invoicing) and Logistics Execution (i.e delivery management, 3PL, 4 flow including integration with other SAP modules (i.e Supply Chain Planning, Finance) and external systems (E-commerce, Salesforce)
  • Experience in past SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, in the role of IT Business Integrator.
  • Good working knowledge on IDOC management, data analytics/reporting (i.e. ECC, BI/BW, BPC), and Intelligent Automation (i.e Robotics)
  • Strong understanding of business processes with good understanding on template harmonization and localization.
  • Extensive experience in large scale integration projects with template roll-out experience
  • Good understanding of application service management process.
  • Supply chain industry experience with CPG/FMCG company.
  • Proven experience in collaboration and partnering with key Supply Chain business stakeholders
  • Project Management skills (including budget estimates, project financial tracking etc).
  • Experience in working within an Agile framework, with global business stakeholders and IT partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
