This role focuses on advising hospital groups, provider networks, academic medical centres, and integrated care organisations on strategy, transformation, digital enablement, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep experience within the healthcare provider landscape, strong consulting leadership skills, and a strategic perspective on the future of care delivery.

Regulation, Policy & Market Changes

Your Profile
We welcome candidates from all consulting backgrounds, including strategy, digital, operations, data/analytics, technology and transformation. Ideal candidates will have:
Significant consulting experience with proven work in the provider/hospital sector
Deep understanding of healthcare provider dynamics, funding, regulation and operational challenges
Experience leading strategic and/or digital transformation programmes in healthcare
Strong commercial skills, including business development and senior client engagement
Ability to build trust with senior leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CIO, CDO, clinical leadership)
Strong leadership capabilities and experience developing senior consulting talent
Excellent critical thinking, communication and conceptual problem-solving skills
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

Oversee multidisciplinary teams across strategy, digital, analytics, operations, and clinical experts
Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and client satisfaction

Shape go-to-market propositions, intellectual capital and thought leadership
Drive market positioning through publications, conferences, and external forums
Build partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions and provider associations
