Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics to recommend innovative solutions.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Python & SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data analysts.
