Collaborating closely with the Director of Data and Analytics and key stakeholders in the commercial realm, this position entails the formulation and execution of the Business Intelligence (BI) strategy for the UK and Ireland. The primary responsibility involves spearheading the development of BI systems across these regions. In close partnership with commercial leaders, the role will delineate essential performance metrics to stimulate profitability and expansion.
The incumbent will work in tandem with Business Systems and CRM teams to establish optimal insights, refine analytical tools, templates, and processes. The objective is to furnish pertinent information to business leaders and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) throughout the organization. Managing a team of BI professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment of BI and data solutions with organizational objectives are integral aspects of this role.
