Role Overview This role combines strategic SAP transformation expertise with strong client engagement. At its core is the ability to define, position, and monetise the value of SAP-driven transformation programmes (including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, cloud, data, and AI platforms), translating them into long-term client relationships and sustainable revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping complex transformation agendas and leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and continuously refine the SAP value proposition (S/4HANA, RISE, data & AI, cloud transformation)
Own strategic sales cycles from initial engagement through to closing (multi-stakeholder, high-value deals)
Identify and develop opportunities across:
SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration
SAP data, analytics, and AI use cases
Managed services, AMS, and optimisation offerings
Translate client requirements into commercially viable and technically credible SAP solution concepts
Build and expand long-term trusted advisor relationships within complex enterprise environments
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, positioning, and thought leadership within the SAP ecosystem
Candidate Profile
Strong experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or business development with a clear SAP focus
Proven track record selling:
SAP S/4HANA / RISE with SAP programmes
SAP consulting, system integration, or managed services
Deep understanding of digital transformation in SAP-centric landscapes (ERP, finance, supply chain, data & AI)
Ability to structure and position complex SAP topics in a clear, value-driven and decision-oriented way
Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong hunting and closing capabilities
