SAP Vertex Consultant — Contract (Remote, CET)
Role overview
We are seeking a Vertex specialist to support the ongoing rollout of Vertex across European countries. The role sits within an active programme covering implementation, hypercare and preparation for the next release.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Vertex implementation activities across European country rollouts
- Provide hypercare support for countries live on R3.5, including integrated screening
- Support UAT preparation and execution for the upcoming release
- Contribute to conceptual design, including Transaction Flow matrix mapping
- Perform defect analysis, root cause investigation and resolution
Required skills
- Proven experience with European VAT
- Strong, demonstrable experience implementing Vertex across multiple European countries
- Experience with SAP DRC for tax reporting (advantageous)
Contract details
- Start: ASAP
- Initial duration: to end of January 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension to March 2028
- Location: fully remote, working to CET business hours
- Language: English (business fluent)
