Role & Responsibilities
The Treasury Lead will act as a Stream Lead to drive the design and implementation of the Treasury function within a major S/4HANA Greenfield transformation. This involves leading key design and blueprinting workshops for Cash and Liquidity Management and In-House Banking (IHB).
Key Deliverables & Stream Lead Accountabilities
Lead Workshops: Organise and lead Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops to validate standard S/4HANA Treasury processes against global requirements.
Solution Design: Own the end-to-end Treasury solution design, including the creation of Business Process Flows (BPFs) and functional design documents (FDDs).
Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and secure sign-off from key Global Finance and Treasury stakeholders on the agreed-upon design and any necessary deviations.
Gap Identification: Document and define solutions for any identified Gaps-to-Standard, prioritising standard S/4HANA functionality to avoid custom development.
Team Oversight: Drive the delivery schedule for the Treasury stream, ensuring all design documentation is completed accurately and on time for the blueprint sign-off phase.
Contract Details
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
Start Date: November 2026
Location: Frankfurt (3 days/week on-site bi-weekly: typically Tuesday - Thursday). Parking on site available.
Language: Fluent English is required; German is a positive asset.
Experience: Previous Pharma/Life Science sector experience is a significant advantage.
