About the Project:

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company undergoing a significant S/4HANA transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ongoing SAP TM deployment and play a crucial role in shaping their future logistics processes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to support an ongoing SAP TM deployment within an S/4HANA environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert functional and technical guidance, ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of SAP TM functionalities to meet the specific business needs of a pharmaceutical enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing SAP TM deployment within an S/4HANA landscape, focusing on key areas such as freight order management, transportation planning, charge management, and settlement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into SAP TM solutions, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Identify and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions to optimise SAP TM processes.
• Work closely with technical teams for development and integration activities.
• Contribute to the creation of functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have significant hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) within an S/4HANA environment.
• Demonstrable experience working on S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Mandatory pharmaceutical industry experience, understanding of industry-specific logistics processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Proven ability to configure and customise SAP TM modules to meet complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP TM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, LE, MM, EWM).
