Start: ASAP We are supporting a major global organisation as they approach a critical SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live and are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to provide leadership through deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide architectural leadership and guidance for SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and deployment activities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and IT stakeholders.
Oversee hypercare, issue resolution, and production stabilisation.
Support historical data migration and post-go-live enhancement initiatives.
Ensure best practices across integrations, security, governance, and data quality.
Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
Required Experience
Extensive SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience.
Proven track record supporting go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.

MDF Framework
Workflows
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience engaging with senior business and HR leaders.
Preferred
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
Experience with global HR transformation programmes.
Life Sciences or regulated industry experience.
