Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager Focused Build expert to lead the design and implementation phase of a critical transformation project. You will act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical execution, leading high-level workshops and defining the solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Facilitation: Lead on-site client workshops in Frankfurt to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and scope the implementation.
Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions within SAP Focused Build (SolMan), ensuring alignment with best practices.
Process Oversight: Manage the "Requirements-to-Deploy" flow, designing workflows for Change & Release Management and Test Management.
Technical Liaison: Utilise your development background to bridge the gap between functional design and technical teams regarding ABAP and Integration points.
Required Skills & Experience
SAP Focused Build: Deep expertise in Solution Manager (SolMan), specifically Requirements-to-Deploy, Change & Release Management, and Test Management.
Consulting Skills: Proven ability to lead client discussions, manage stakeholders, and drive solution design workshops.
Technical Background: Strong knowledge of ABAP and Integration scenarios to effectively guide development teams and understand technical constraints.
Language: Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required if not specified).
