Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Programme Manager or Senior Manager to lead major transformation initiatives within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors. You’ll oversee complex SAP programmes, guide multi?module delivery, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end SAP transformation programmes across global manufacturing environments.
- Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with business and operational goals.
- Provide governance, direction, and executive level communication.
- Oversee solution design and deployment across SAP PP, QM, EWM or PM.
- Manage budgets, risks, resources, and programme timelines.
- Support change management and adoption across global sites.
Experience Required
- Proven track record as a Programme Manager or Senior Manager delivering SAP programmes.
- Strong functional expertise in PP, QM, EWM or PM.
- Background in Automotive or Manufacturing is essential.
- Consulting experience required, ideally from a Big 4 or top tier firm.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA programmes.
- Exposure to global or multi site rollouts.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
