Position Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant (formerly CS) to shape our greenfield implementation from the ground up. Operating in the early design phase, you will lead transformation workshops to replace legacy processes with modern S/4HANA Service capabilities, laying the foundation for our Mid-2027 pilot deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Greenfield Design Workshops: Lead and facilitate early-stage Fit-to-Standard / Design workshops with manufacturing stakeholders to define future-state service processes.
S/4HANA Mapping: Map legacy customer service requirements to standard S/4HANA Service processes (e.g., Service Contracts, Service Orders, In-House Repair, and Technical Assets/Equipment).
Best Practice Adoption: Drive the adoption of SAP Best Practices to minimize custom code and align with a modern digital core.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain (MM/PP), and sales (SD) streams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flow during the blueprinting phase.
