Location: Hybrid (Remote + Italy)
Travel Requirement: On-site in Italy bi-weekly (2-3 days every second week)

Role Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to join an ongoing S/4HANA deployment. This is a critical role, meaning we need a consultant who can hit the ground running immediately to stabilise the solution and drive the implementation forward without a long ramp-up period.

Key Responsibilities:

• S/4HANA Implementation: Lead the functional configuration and deployment of SAP PM (Asset Management) within an S/4HANA environment.
• Mobile Solutions: Design and implement SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) to enable mobile maintenance execution.
• Solution Design: Configure Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Refurbishment processes.
• Integration: Manage critical integration points with MM (Spare Parts), PP, and FICO.
• On-Site Leadership: Travel to Milan bi-weekly to lead workshops, support UAT, and manage stakeholder expectations directly.

• S/4HANA Experience: Proven track record in full-lifecycle S/4HANA deployments (not just ECC).
• SAP SAM Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring and setting up SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) is mandatory.
• Seniority: 10+ years of SAP PM experience; ability to work independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Must be able to start ASAP and commit to the travel schedule (Milan bi-weekly).
