International Roll-out Manager EMEA – SAP S/4 Business Transformation

Masentó are supporting an engineering powerhouse to drive a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, and we’re looking for a dynamic Rollout Lead to spearhead the implementation of the Greenfield template across key Management Units in EMEA and APAC. This leader will be responsible for the APAC Rollout.

This is a high-impact role that blends strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and change leadership. You’ll be the driving force behind successful deployments, user adoption, and post-go-live support—ensuring alignment with our global program roadmap and standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and deliver rollout plans across all functional areas for assigned Management Units.

• Define milestones and success factors for each rollout phase.

• Align local implementation with global program strategy.

• Collaborate with Cut-over & Hypercare Leads for smooth transitions. Execution & Coordination

• Lead the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Template.

• Coordinate internal and local resources.

• Coach local Start-Up and Rollout Managers.

• Define and monitor work packages pre-, during, and post-go-live. Change Management & Communication

• Drive process harmonization and standardization.

• Support local teams in transitioning to new roles and structures.

• Manage resistance and promote adoption of new ways of working.

• Maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout the rollout. Performance & Monitoring

• Monitor system performance and user adoption.

• Support creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective.

• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

• Minimize local workarounds and ensure resolution plans are in place.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.

• Extensive experience in ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).

• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

• Background in industrial/manufacturing environments, ideally plant or machinery engineering.

• Fluent in English

• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to lead initiatives across locations and cultures.
