Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, and Cash Management.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, and PS teams for end-to-end process integration.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Drive process improvements and adoption of SAP best practices.
Required Skills
- 10-12 years of SAP FICO/SAP Finance consulting experience.
- Minimum 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Financial Accounting (FI), and Management Accounting (CO).
- Experience in configuration, testing, and business process design.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Bluefield (Selective Data Transition) projects.
- Exposure to SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP Fiori.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
