The Role: Impact & Accountability You will be accountable for the entire data migration lifecycle from SAP ECC and non-SAP legacy systems to S/4HANA using SAP BODS. You'll lead a geographically diverse team, ensuring high-quality, seamless, and compliant data transition for a global engineering client.
What You'll Deliver
Strategy & Governance: Own the global data migration strategy, framework, and methodology, defining scope, sequencing, and rigid data quality/validation standards.
Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end migration delivery (Extraction, Transformation, Loading, Validation), manage onshore/offshore teams, drive adherence to milestones, and proactively mitigate risks.
Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance for SAP BODS and ETL tool optimization, overseeing data mapping and transformation logic between legacy systems and S/4HANA.
Stakeholder Management: Deliver concise executive-level updates and partner with business/IT leadership to align on program objectives and critical cutover decisions.
Essentials (Non-Negotiable)
10+ years in SAP data migration, including 5+ years leading data migration teams on global programs.
