SAP RE-FX Solution Architect & Functional Lead (x2)
Client: Public Sector Location: Mainly Remote / Initial trip to Berlin to collect hardware Contract Duration: 9 months initial, starting May 2026 Language: German (native/fluent, essential)
Overview: We are seeking two experienced SAP RE-FX Consultants to support a public sector SAP S/4HANA transformation for a German Federal Ministry of Defence client. The roles are primarily remote with low-frequency travel, and candidates must collect hardware from Berlin at the outset of the project. Both positions require native or fluent German language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of existing RE-FX landscape and related processes
Migration and transition planning into SAP S/4HANA
Hands-on RE-FX solution architecture and design
Acting as Functional Lead for the RE-FX workstream
Solution design across real estate and facility management processes
Collaborating with Partner project teams and the end client stakeholders
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on SAP RE-FX expertise (both functional and architectural)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and transformations
Background in public sector projects desirable
Native or fluent German language skills (essential)
Willingness to travel to Berlin for hardware collection at project start
Low-frequency travel thereafter; primarily remote working
