We are seeking a high-calibre SAP QM Consultant for a S/4HANA Greenfield implementation with a premier German Pharmaceutical client.
This role is pivotal in the Design Workshop phase, focusing on end-to-end quality oversight—from goods receipt to the final clinical or commercial release.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound Inspection: Design and configure quality touchpoints for procurement and sales, ensuring seamless inspection lot creation and usage decisions.
Batch Management & Traceability: Define the global batch strategy, including batch classification, status management, and shelf-life tracking for temperature-sensitive products.
Batch Release Optimization: Lead the design for the SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH), ensuring it effectively aggregates data from QM, PP-PI, and external systems for streamlined QP (Qualified Person) release.
Workshop Leadership: Drive design sessions with business stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable S/4HANA processes.
Validation & GxP: Author functional specifications and validation scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ) in accordance with life science compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in SAP QM with a focus on complex, process-industry environments.
Specialised Knowledge: Deep expertise in Batch Management and the integration of quality gates within the supply chain.
S/4HANA Pharma Expert: Minimum of one full S/4HANA Greenfield cycle within the Life Sciences sector.
The "Plus" Factor: Experience with SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) is highly preferred to help the client transition from manual to cockpit-based batch disposition.
Logistics: Ability to be on-site 3 days per week in Germany for workshops and testing.
Language: Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
