Senior Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Location: Brussels On-site
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead a high profile digital transformation programme across 15 European countries. This is a unique opportunity to drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, delivering a future ready ERP platform across a complex multinational environment.
Working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping operations and best practices throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across 15 European countries.
- Develop and execute a multi-country rollout strategy.
- Coordinate cross functional business and technology teams.
- Drive adoption of a global template.
- Manage external consulting partners, and SAP delivery teams.
- Support organisational change management, training strategies, and user adoption initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local European regulatory, tax, and localization requirements.
- Monitor programme KPIs and milestones
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive level reporting and recommendations.
Required Experience
- 5-10+ years of SAP project or programme management experience.
- Proven success leading large scale, multinational SAP implementations across Europe.
- Experience delivering multi country ERP rollouts.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong system integrator management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication.
- Ability to manage complex workstreams and multiple international stakeholders simultaneously.
