SAP Production & Planning deployment Lead – SAP ePPDS
Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Location: Remote (Must be flexible for various time zones) Language: English (Fluent)
The Project Support our clients ERP program, specifically focusing on the deployment of SAP S/4HANA across global manufacturing sites. You will act as the functional bridge between the global template and local site operations, ensuring that short-term production scheduling and material planning processes transition smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Deployment: Lead the site-level adoption of ePPDS and S/4HANA Fiori Apps for manufacturing.
Business Readiness: Execute Readiness Assessments and "Fit-to-Core" (F2C) workshops to identify and mitigate local process gaps.
UAT & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scoping scenarios, and managing defects to ensure the system is "factory-ready."
Data Integrity: Oversee data migration activities, including cleansing and verification, to prevent operational downtime at go-live.
Hypercare & Support: Provide expert functional support during the critical go-live and ramp-up phases, triaging incidents before escalating to IT.
Enablement: Conduct knowledge transfer and training for local "Super Users."
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain/Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ePPDS, ECC PPDS, and MRP logic.
Project Profile: Proven track record in large-scale SAP rollouts (specifically the "Adopt" or "Deployment" phase).
Soft Skills: Strong change management ability—capable of guiding local stakeholders through digital transformation.
Communication: Exceptional English skills; ability to collaborate effectively across remote, global teams.
