About the Role
Join one of the world’s leading technology and consulting organizations to help shape the future of intelligent manufacturing and digital supply chains. We’re expanding our SAP practice and looking for talented SAP Production Planning (PP) professionals at Senior Consultant and Manager level to work on some of the most exciting transformation programs in the market.
You’ll collaborate with international teams, leverage the latest SAP S/4HANA capabilities, and drive innovation for major global organizations across industries.
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
Lead functional workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
Configure, test, and deploy SAP PP processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, QM, PM, APO/IBP).
Support fit-gap analysis, solution design, and end-to-end process optimization.
Act as the functional expert for production planning, scheduling, and shop floor control.
Provide training, documentation, and go-live support to key users and stakeholders.
As a Manager, you will additionally:
Own the SAP PP workstream in large-scale transformation projects.
Define the solution architecture and roadmap for digital manufacturing and production planning.
Lead and mentor teams of consultants across multiple geographies.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and thought leadership within the SAP practice.
5+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience for Senior Consultant level.
8+ years of experience, including solution design and team leadership, for Manager level.
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA PP functionalities (Production Orders, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Execution, etc.).
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, or major transformation programs.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required (Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory).
Flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote environment within Spain.
