SAP PP/QM Support Consultants | Life Science
We are searching for 2 x consultants for the S/4 Support team on a recent S/4HANA go live.
These would be long term remote based contract opportunities and our clients preference is to be based in India, close to the support team.
Key responsibilities:
Production Planning (PP)
- MRP Live Support: Monitoring and troubleshooting automated planning runs and material shortages.
- Production Execution: Resolving issues with Production/Process order lifecycle, confirmations, and goods movements.
- Master Data: Maintaining S/4HANA essentials like Production Versions, BOMs, and Work Centers.
- Advanced Planning: Supporting embedded PP/DS for complex scheduling and capacity leveling.
Quality Management (QM)
- Inspection Operations: Managing the end-to-end flow of inspection lots, from creation to Usage Decision (UD).
- Quality Control: Troubleshooting results recording, defects recording, and certificate of analysis (CoA) generation.
- Notifications: Supporting the workflow for non-conformance reports and corrective actions (CAPA).
Technical & Platform Support
- Fiori Troubleshooting: Resolving user access and data display issues within S/4HANA web-based apps.
- Interface Management: Monitoring data exchange between S/4HANA and external Shop Floor (MES) or Lab (LIMS) systems.
- Incident & Change: Handling day-to-day tickets (SLA management) and implementing minor system enhancements.
