We're looking for an SAP PP consultant to join the core template team, acting as the bridge between the deployment business team and the template business team. This is primarily an advisory and solution-design role rather than a heavy configuration build — someone who can shape and defend the design decisions behind the template as much as implement them.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the connecting point between the deployment team and the template team — translating template design intent into deployable solutions, and feeding real-world deployment learnings back into the template.
Provide advisory input on production planning solution design, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure the template reflects genuine operational needs.
Support configuration where required, but the focus is on solution shaping rather than deep build work.
Bridge conversations between business and IT audiences, ensuring both sides are aligned on design intent and practical delivery.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning).
Solid business context and process experience — able to understand and articulate the "why" behind manufacturing and production processes, not just the system configuration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate credibly with both business stakeholders and technical/IT teams.
Industry background in medical devices preferred; discrete manufacturing experience (electronics or similar) also considered.
Comfortable working within a template/deployment governance structure, balancing standardisation with local business needs.
