Following recent project wins in Colorado, the firm is now seeking a Partner to lead strategic SAP engagements and drive growth in the region.

Role Overview

As Partner, you will spearhead SAP project delivery, client engagement, and business development in the Life Sciences and Chemical verticals. You’ll work closely with the German-based Board and executive leadership to shape the firm’s footprint in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP consulting projects for major clients in Life Sciences and Chemicals
• Build and manage high-performing teams across delivery and strategy
• Develop new business opportunities and expand client relationships
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategy with group objectives
• Represent the firm as a thought leader and trusted advisor in SAP transformation

• Ideal Candidate

• Proven leadership experience in SAP consulting
• Deep industry knowledge in Life Sciences and/or Chemicals
• Strong track record of client delivery and business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building teams and markets
• Comfortable operating at Partner level with Board-level visibility
