Masentó Search are working as the executive search partner for several clients which have a focus on Digital and Industry transformation within Life Sciences. We are actively seeking Consulting leaders from Associate Partner – Partner/ Snr Partner in the US.
The ideal candidate will have deep industry and business process knowledge plus the ability to lead discussions with client decision-makers at C-Level demonstrating how the relevant technology can help transform their business.
This is a business and technology consulting role requiring strong communication skills and executive presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the consulting organisation
- Lead sales and delivery engagements
- Achieve sales and delivery targets across revenue, profit and utilization
- Lead Technology acquisitions in new clients and develop business with existing accounts
- Develop and successfully take to market technology offerings that are tailored to the life Sciences industry
- Be embedded as trusted advisor at a senior level within clients
- Provide industry guidance, strategies, and technology best practices
- Build, lead and develop consulting teams
- Attract and recruit world-class talent
- Coach, motivate and develop the team
Skills Required
- Successful track record at Partner level leading large programs
- Ability to develop offerings and build teams
- Sell and deliver technology driven transformation programs
- 10+ years of large-scale SAP implementation experience
- Deep life Sciences industry expertise
- Flexibility to travel and WFH
- Permission to live, work and travel throughout the EU
- based Europe
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree a plus
- 20+ years of leadership experience
- Sales excellence, Account development and management
- Proposition development
- Reputable consulting experience at Partner level
