Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Partner to join a leading Big 4 consulting firm in Germany. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior SAP leader to spearhead the growth and development of the firm's SAP practice, focusing on driving digital transformation for our clients. As the SAP Practice Lead, you will leverage your deep expertise in SAP solutions, leadership experience, and vision for digital innovation to build and deliver high-impact solutions, lead a diverse team, and foster lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead the SAP practice for digital transformation, driving strategic vision and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a long-term growth strategy, aligning with both the firm's goals and client needs.
  • Own the overall direction of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Fiori, and other relevant technologies in the digital space.
  • Cultivate senior client relationships and collaborate with C-suite executives to drive business transformation via SAP solutions.
  • Ensure the successful execution of SAP projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.

• Business Development & Client Engagement:

  • Drive business development efforts to win new SAP-based projects across various industries, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored SAP solutions.
  • Serve as the lead consultant on large-scale SAP transformation projects, overseeing client engagement, scoping, and delivering solutions.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote thought leadership in SAP and digital transformation.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of SAP consultants and experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Champion talent development within the SAP practice, promoting continuous learning, certifications, and career progression.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of training, knowledge sharing, and skills development across the team.

• Innovation & Thought Leadership:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging SAP technologies and innovations that can drive client success and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the global SAP practice network to exchange best practices, insights, and methodologies.
  • Be an evangelist for SAP’s role in driving digital transformation, helping clients transition from legacy systems to next-generation digital platforms.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record as an SAP practice leader with significant experience in SAP solution implementation, digital transformation, and consulting.
• At least 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience working in a leadership role within a Big 4 consulting firm, or other top-tier consulting environments, is highly desirable.
• Strong business development acumen, with a history of securing and delivering large SAP projects.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and how SAP solutions can address them.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and clients.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certifications, particularly in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud, are a plus.
• Experience in driving agile and innovative project methodologies, such as DevOps, Lean, or Design Thinking.
• Expertise in integrating SAP with other technologies like IoT, AI, machine learning, and data analytics for digital transformation.
