Position: SAP Partner - Business Development & Implementation Leader

Location: Germany/ Switzerland

Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Partner specializing in business development and implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions and a proven track record in driving business growth through effective partnership management and successful project implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and driving the adoption of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's SAP services and solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation within the SAP ecosystem.
• Partner Management:
  • Manage relationships with SAP partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology providers.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives

Project Implementation:

• Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and develop implementation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to execute project tasks effectively.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and reviews to track progress, identify issues, and mitigate risks.
• Provide post-implementation support and assistance to clients, ensuring smooth transition to operational use of SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, partner management, and SAP implementation, preferably within a consulting or technology services organization.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, partner engagements, and project deployments.
