Senior Consultant – SAP OTC (Order to Cash)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – SAP OTC (Order to Cash) to join our global consultancy and drive digital transformation for top-tier clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP OTC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with broader supply chain and finance functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP OTC Implementation & Optimization: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC solutions across industries.
• End-to-End Process Expertise: Provide deep functional knowledge of OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives, business users, and technical teams to define and implement best-fit SAP OTC solutions.
• Hands-On Solutioning: Configure SAP S/4HANA OTC modules, ensuring seamless integration with SD, MM, FI, and other key areas.
• Process Automation & Enhancement: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, leveraging SAP tools and emerging technologies.
• Training & Change Management: Guide and train end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new SAP OTC processes.
• Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on SAP innovations and industry trends, advising clients on future-proof solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• SAP OTC Expertise: Strong experience in SAP Order-to-Cash, including hands-on configuration and process optimization.
• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Proven experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
• Functional & Technical Acumen: Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, EWM) and third-party applications.
• Consulting Experience: Experience in a client-facing consulting role, delivering SAP solutions for multinational organizations.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, IT teams, and business users.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with a results-driven approach to complex business challenges.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
