Job Opportunity: SAP MDG Consultant (Techno-Functional)

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional SAP MDG Consultant for a critical project within the Life Sciences sector. The project involves an S/4HANA landscape, specifically focusing on the architectural transition from a Stand-Alone to an Embedded MDG System. The successful candidate will own the solution design and delivery for key master data objects, acting as the bridge between technical configuration and business process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy: Lead the transition and configuration of MDG from a Stand-Alone instance to an Embedded system within S/4HANA.
Workshops & Requirements: Independently facilitate and present workshops to business stakeholders to gather requirements and define processes.
Documentation: Author detailed functional specifications and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Domain Management: Manage end-to-end governance for specific objects, specifically Material (MDG-M), Finance (MDG-F), and Business Partner (BP/C/V).
Techno-Functional Execution: Perform data modeling, UI modeling, and process modeling while maintaining a strong functional understanding of the business logic.
Requirements
Expertise: Deep techno-functional knowledge of SAP MDG on S/4HANA.
Object Mastery: Proven experience with all key objects, with specific mastery of Material, Finance, and Business Partner domains.
Communication: Strong ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a workshop setting.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in Life Sciences / Pharma is highly preferred (Experience with GxP/regulated environments is a strong bonus).
