The Opportunity
We are seeking a Master Data Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s global data foundation. This is a highly strategic position acting as the bridge between business functions and central governance teams, ensuring the adoption of sustainable, enterprise wide data management practices.
You will define and implement the blueprint for data quality, governance, and master data processes across the entire group impacting more than 60 global entities and thousands of users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of master data standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls across all business units.
Act as the primary liaison between operational teams and central data governance, ensuring alignment and adoption of best practices.
Oversee data quality for entities already live on SAP S/4HANA and guide additional sites through their go live journeys.
Coordinate and influence approximately 300+ stakeholders (around 5 per entity) to drive consistent data excellence.
Establish long term, scalable data management processes that will serve as the company’s foundation for decades.
Support global transformation initiatives as part of a 7 year enterprise programme.

Ideal Profile
Strong background in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Ability to influence cross functional teams and drive adoption of new processes.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or complex global organisations is a plus.
Strategic mindset with hands on execution capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
