• Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution and Quality Management.
• Analyse business requirements and map them to SAP best practice capabilities.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit Gap / Fit to Standard workshops with business stakeholders.
• Design scalable solutions, drive process optimisation and ensure adoption of identified improvements.
• Oversee implementation activities in collaboration with nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and support project management activities.

• 8+ years of SAP experience, including 2–5 full lifecycle implementations in PP and/or QM.
• Deep process knowledge in Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution and Quality Management, with the ability to translate requirements into robust system designs.
• Hands?on S/4HANA project experience; certification preferred.
• Experience in international template rollouts is an advantage.
• Strong consulting skill set: stakeholder management, structured problem solving, resilience.
• Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Logistics or equivalent.
• Skilled in analysing, synthesising and communicating complex information for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (B2+) and willingness to travel for projects.
