Workstream Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation (Inbound to Outbound)

As part of a major strategic transformation initiative, the business is investing significantly in a global SAP S/4HANA programme that will standardise and modernise processes across its international operations.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to take ownership of the Inbound to Outbound process workstream within a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
This is a highly visible leadership role positioned at the intersection of business and technology. You will be responsible for leading the workstream team throughout the full project lifecycle, driving process design decisions, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful deployment of SAP enabled business processes.
Working closely with senior business leaders, Global Process Owners, IT teams, and external implementation partners, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering one of the company's most important strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end to end Inbound to Outbound workstream throughout all phases of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
Own process design, business requirements definition, solution validation, and delivery activities.
Drive key business and system design decisions, ensuring alignment with global process standards.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Facilitate workshops and decision-making forums with senior international stakeholders.
Oversee testing activities, including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
Support deployment planning, business readiness, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation pathways within the workstream.
Ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Required Experience
Strong expertise in Inbound to Outbound, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Execution business processes.
Proven experience leading workstreams within large-scale SAP transformation programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
Deep understanding of end to end supply chain and logistics processes.
Experience working across business and technology functions in a global environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives.
Proven ability to drive complex decision making and deliver outcomes across multiple teams and regions.
Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or complex global organisations.
Previous involvement in global template design, deployment, and transformation programmes.
Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, or Order Fulfilment processes.
