The Role
You will lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams on international client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor from strategy through implementation. With a high degree of autonomy, you will shape solutions that increase resilience, agility, and performance across end?to?end supply chains.
What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver IBP and/or Kinaxis implementations across the full project lifecycle
Act as functional and solution expert in areas such as Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, Supply & Production Planning
Design and execute SCM transformation programmes in complex client environments
Advise senior stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes
Support business development, proposals, and practice growth
What You Bring
7+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning
3+ years leading SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis programmes (Functional Lead, Architect, SME or industry equivalent)
Strong expertise in planning processes: Demand, Supply, Inventory, Production, Control Tower
Background with leading IT consulting firms; vendor experience (SAP / Kinaxis) a plus
Industry exposure in Manufacturing, CPG, or Life Sciences preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Willingness to travel for projects; certifications are a plus
