• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations, from requirement gathering through to post-go-live support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into SAP FSCM solutions, ensuring alignment with overall financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA) to integrate SAP FSCM with broader SAP landscapes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP FSCM capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
• Manage the SAP FSCM project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to budgets.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and design sessions to ensure client satisfaction and achieve project milestones.
• Drive process improvements in finance and supply chain management for clients, leveraging SAP FSCM functionality like Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury Management, and Credit Management.
• Develop and implement customized solutions tailored to client-specific business requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants, helping to develop their skills in SAP FSCM and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure that knowledge transfer occurs smoothly across the organization.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment through leadership and effective communication.
• Assist in developing and executing training programs for clients and internal teams to enhance FSCM capabilities.

• Play an active role in business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, participating in client pitches, and building long-term relationships.
• Contribute to proposal development and solution design in the pre-sales phase.
• Support senior leadership in shaping the strategic direction of the SAP FSCM practice and identifying new service offerings.

• Manager Level: At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FSCM with a minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience.
• Senior Manager Level: At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP FSCM implementations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects and teams.
• Solid experience in SAP modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Management, Treasury, Collections & Disbursements, and Bank Communication Management.
• Proven ability to drive SAP FSCM strategy and execution, with a focus on optimizing business processes and achieving client objectives.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of financial supply chain processes and SAP FSCM functionality.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams, project delivery, and client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in process design, business requirements gathering, and solution delivery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• SAP FSCM certification or relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
