About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Finance Lead Consultant to join our global Transform360 program. In this role, you will act as IT Co Lead driving the design, integration, and delivery of SAP Finance solutions across a multinational environment.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross functional teams to ensure a robust, scalable, and future proof financial system landscape.
This position is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional who thrives in complex global programs and enjoys shaping financial processes that integrate seamlessly with controlling, logistics, sales, production, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as SAP Finance Lead Consultant within the global S/4 program.
Co Lead the IT workstream ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
Drive the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) processes.
Ensure seamless integration with Controlling (CO) and non financial processes including logistics, sales, production, and project execution.
Act as a senior advisor on SAP financial architecture, guiding solution decisions and ensuring long term system sustainability.
Coordinate cross functional teams and manage project deliverables in a multinational environment.
Support governance, documentation, and quality assurance activities across the program lifecycle.
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to ensure strategic alignment of SAP Finance solutions.
Must Have Qualifications
12+ years of deep, hands on experience building and supporting SAP Financial Accounting solutions across R/3, ECC, and S/4HANA.
Proven expertise in SAP FI process design, configuration, and integration with CO and logistics related modules.
Strong understanding of the evolution of SAP financial architecture over the past decades.
Extensive experience as a project lead consultant, solution architect, or similar senior role in large multinational programs.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex project activities and manage cross functional stakeholders.
