SAP FICO Trainer – S/4HANA Finance (Contract)
Location: Aarhus, Denmark (hybrid, 2–3 days per week on site)
Duration: 2–3 months

About the role
Our client, a large global manufacturing business, is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to support its corporate finance function in adopting S/4HANA Finance. You will design and adapt training materials and deliver training on the core S/4HANA Finance modules.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and tailor training materials, including user guides, presentations, exercises and quick reference cards
- Deliver classroom and virtual training to corporate finance users across the core S/4HANA Finance areas: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling and the Universal Journal
- Run hands-on sessions based on the client’s finance processes and system configuration
- Assess user readiness, collect feedback and refine content as training progresses
- Work closely with the corporate finance team, process owners and the project team to support adoption
Requirements
- Strong SAP FICO background, with hands-on S/4HANA Finance experience
- Proven experience developing and delivering SAP end-user training
- Experience supporting finance functions in large or global organisations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and Danish
- Able to work on site in Aarhus 2–3 days per week
