Are you passionate about leading change and empowering teams through transformation? We’re supporting a world-class industrial business in their S/4HANA deployment journey and are looking for a Change & Training Manager to drive success across multiple European entities.

Your Mission

As the Change & Training Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of S/4HANA across key business units. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to shape change strategies, deliver impactful training, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and impact assessments.
• Define and implement effective communication plans to support change initiatives.
• Coordinate and track training activities across the division.
• Collaborate with Local Change Managers to tailor change plans to specific entities.
• Align training and change efforts with global and local teams.
• Monitor and report on change progress and training effectiveness.
• Serve as a key liaison between divisional leadership, program management, and implementation teams.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating training programs across diverse teams and geographies.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
