As the Director in our SAP practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, delivering end-to-end SAP transformation projects, and fostering long-term relationships with senior executives at client organizations. You will bring deep technical expertise, industry knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to support the delivery of best-in-class SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the SAP practice, setting the vision, strategy, and direction for a high-performing team. Develop and implement SAP-related business strategies that align with the firm’s overall objectives and client needs.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, providing strategic advice and guidance on SAP and digital transformation initiatives. Serve as the trusted advisor for clients navigating complex SAP solutions.

• Project Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful delivery of SAP transformation projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget completion. Manage scope, risks, and resources effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Practice Development: Drive the growth of the SAP practice by leading business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client portfolio. Build out a pipeline of potential SAP projects and work closely with partners to generate sales.

• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop senior managers and consultants in the SAP team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance on complex technical issues and career progression.

• Thought Leadership & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging SAP trends, technologies, and industry developments. Contribute to intellectual capital by producing thought leadership content, speaking at industry events, and advancing innovative SAP solutions.

• Financial Management: Manage the practice’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. Ensure the effective use of resources across projects to meet or exceed financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record in leading large-scale SAP transformations, preferably with deep expertise in areas like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP FICO, SAP SCM, or other relevant modules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with significant client exposure and oversight.
• Experience in leading teams of consultants and managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong business development acumen, with a history of identifying and closing significant SAP consulting engagements.
• Ability to engage with senior executives and build trusted client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of SAP best practices, industry solutions, and the latest SAP innovations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, or other relevant qualifications) are highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in other major ERP systems alongside SAP.
• Experience working within a consulting firm or similar high-performing, client-facing organization.
• Knowledge of SAP industry solutions (e.g., SAP for Retail, SAP for Manufacturing) or cross-industry experience.
• Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
