Job Title: Director – SAP Sales & Delivery

Location: Germany (Flexible with travel to client sites)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead the sales and delivery of SAP projects for our large corporate clients across Germany. This strategic role combines business development, client relationship management, and project leadership to drive successful SAP transformations.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new SAP opportunities within large enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to position SAP solutions effectively.

Project Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and SAP solution architecture.
  • Manage risk, change, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP strategy, roadmap, and innovation.
  • Stay current with SAP product developments (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, AI integrations).
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to industry events and publications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in selling and delivering SAP projects to large corporate clients.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
