We are seeking a Data Migration Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to join our SAP deployment team. You'll ensure the readiness and quality of all PP/QM data for migration. This position is based in EMEA, with some travel to Switzerland (CH) on demand, for a contract running from June 2025 to December 2025
Key Responsibilities: · Own the end-to-end data migration process for PP and QM data objects at the deployment site. · Coordinate with the central migration team and local business SMEs to validate, transform, and load PP/QM data (e.g., BOMs, routings, work centres, inspection plans, results). · Ensure accurate mapping and integrity of data throughout the migration process. · Participate in cutover planning and lead PP/QM data activities including pre-load checks, test loads, and validation cycles. · Escalate and resolve data-related issues impacting production planning and quality processes. · Document and communicate progress, risks, and issues to the deployment and program leads. · Provide final approval of PP/QM data readiness for go-live.
Required Qualifications: · In-depth knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules and their data structures. · Proven experience in SAP data migration or deployment roles, particularly in manufacturing and quality environments. · Strong understanding of PP/QM data objects such as BOMs, routings, recipes, inspection lots, and characteristics. · Ability to coordinate across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. · Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
