A leading Global Pharmaceutical client is urgently seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to drive their critical S/4HANA global transformation.
This is a high-impact, 12-month contract, requiring an immediate start by December 1st. The role is EU-based.
Key Responsibilities & Focus
The successful candidate will own the entire Cutover lifecycle:
Design and Strategy: Develop and finalize the comprehensive End-to-End Cutover Strategy and Runbook for the global S/4HANA rollout.
Coordination & Execution: Lead and manage all Cutover Dress Rehearsals and the final Go-Live event, coordinating activities across global technical, functional, business, and data teams.
Command Centre Leadership: Act as the Cutover Command Centre Lead during go-live weekends, driving status reporting, issue resolution, and critical decision-making.
Risk Management: Establish robust risk governance, including comprehensive back-out and contingency plans.
Essential Requirements
SAP & S/4HANA Expertise: Proven experience as a Cutover Manager or Go-Live Lead on at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, with specific experience in S/4HANA transformation preferred.
Pharmaceutical Sector Experience: Mandatory prior experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry on major SAP projects, understanding GxP compliance and validation requirements.
Location: Must be legally authorised to work and currently based in the European Union (EU).
