The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant with a specialist focus on Product Costing (CO-PC) to join a global project. You will play a critical role in supporting and optimising complex finance processes, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution to ensure a high-performing SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimisation: Analyse, support, and refine SAP CO processes with a specific focus on integration with manufacturing and logistics.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Leverage ABAP skills to perform debugging, manage enhancements, and oversee user exits/reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international business units to translate complex requirements into pragmatic SAP solutions.
- System Stability: Partner with technical teams to ensure the long-term efficiency and stability of SAP Finance modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAP CO Expert: Deep functional knowledge of SAP Controlling, with significant hands-on experience in CO-PC (Product Costing).
- Integration Specialist: Proven track record of integrating CO with logistics and manufacturing workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ABAP skills (including Debugging, Enhancements, User Exits, and Reports).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse complex business problems and deliver structured, effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of operating effectively in a remote, international environment.
Preferred & Bonus Skills
- Technical Extras: Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Fiori (App catalogue management), and CDS Views.
- Module Breadth: Knowledge of RAR (Revenue Accounting Recognition), CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), and CO-OM (Overhead Management).
