Senior Manager – SAP BRIM Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, SAP BRIM Consulting to lead large-scale transformation programs centered on SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM). The successful candidate will combine deep SAP BRIM expertise with strong consulting, client relationship, and program delivery capabilities to drive complex Quote-to-Cash and Subscription Management transformations for global clients.

As a senior leader within the SAP practice, you will be responsible for business development, solution strategy, project delivery oversight, team leadership, and executive stakeholder management. You will work closely with C-level executives and business leaders to design and implement innovative revenue management solutions enabled by SAP BRIM.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on revenue transformation, subscription business models, monetization strategies, and digital billing solutions.
• Lead business and IT stakeholders through the design of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Management processes.
• Facilitate executive workshops, assessments, roadmap development, and transformation planning initiatives.
• Develop strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

SAP BRIM Solution Leadership

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of SAP BRIM solutions, including:
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
• SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management integrations
• Define target-state architectures integrating SAP S/4HANA, CRM, CPQ, Commerce, and third-party platforms.
• Provide oversight on functional design, solution quality, and delivery standards.
• Guide clients through SAP BRIM implementation, migration, optimization, and support programs.

Program and Delivery Management

• Lead multi-million-dollar SAP transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Manage project governance, scope, financials, risks, and executive reporting.
• Ensure successful delivery across global and cross-functional teams.
• Drive quality assurance, solution reviews, and implementation best practices.

Business Development

• Support sales pursuits, proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand SAP BRIM and Quote-to-Cash services within existing accounts.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to revenue growth and achievement of practice sales targets.

People Leadership

• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing SAP consultants and managers.
• Provide coaching, performance management, career development, and technical leadership.
• Lead capability development initiatives within the SAP practice.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5+ years focused on SAP BRIM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP BRIM implementations in a consulting environment.
• Deep expertise across multiple SAP BRIM components, including SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, Revenue Management, and Customer-to-Cash processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation programs and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BRIM certification(s).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Media, Utilities, Software/SaaS, High Tech, or Subscription-based industries.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
