We are seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will play a key part in delivering end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations and advisory projects, primarily across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) spectrum. You will work closely with clients to understand their procurement strategies, configure and implement Ariba solutions, and provide expert guidance on best practices.
Lead and contribute to full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
Deliver projects across Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Buying & Invoicing, and Spend Analysis.
Provide functional expertise and thought leadership during workshops, blueprinting, and solution design.
Collaborate with internal teams and client-side teams to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
Act as a mentor to junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Expertise in at least two SAP Ariba modules; cross-module knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
Fluent in English (business level); German or Polish language skills are a strong advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
SAP Ariba certifications (e.g., Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Buying, Ariba Contracts).
Experience working within a boutique consultancy or agile delivery environment.
Familiarity with SAP ERP integration (MM, FI) is a plus.
