The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead large, multi-country SAP S/4HANA programmes. You will:
Own the full lifecycle of complex SAP transformations, from business case through execution and value realisation.
Lead cross-functional, multi vendor, global delivery teams with strong governance and risk management discipline.
Drive Fit to Standard adoption and establish robust programme delivery frameworks.
Influence senior stakeholders and shape decisions at C Suite level.
Provide industry specific insight across Consumer Products, Retail, or Logistics.
What You Bring
12–15 years in consulting, ideally with Big 4 or large scale advisory experience.
Proven leadership of multi million dollar SAP programmes (ECC & S/4HANA) across multiple geographies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping, selling, and delivering programmes >$10m.
Deep SAP domain expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
Ability to challenge legacy thinking and drive harmonised, standardised solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder?management skills, including C Suite engagement.
Experience leading global teams, including offshore delivery models.
Track record of mentoring and developing consulting talent.
