Our client, a leading Big 4 consultancy, is seeking a Director to lead and expand its Payments capability within the Financial Services Technology Consulting practice. This leadership role focuses on shaping payments strategy, driving complex transformation programmes, and building long-term client relationships across banking, payments providers, and financial institutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing market propositions, growing the practice, and leading engagements across the evolving payments landscape—covering infrastructure, schemes, technology, compliance and innovation.

Advising on target architectures, cloud-enabled platforms, and next-generation payment hubs
Modernising legacy systems and integrating new digital capabilities
