Job Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished SAP Partner to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our Clients SAP practice. Our Client has some very exciting and aggressive growth plans for 2024. This opening will provide you with the opportunity to build a team and truly architect the next step in your career.
As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and SAP representatives to drive business transformations, optimize processes, and maximize the value of our Clients service offering.
Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning SAP solutions to address specific challenges.
- Bring your world-class Sales skills to develop pipeline
- Lead client workshops, presentations, and discussions to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP best practices.

SAP Solution Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional and technical consultants, to design and implement SAP solutions tailored to client requirements.

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with SAP representatives and other technology partners to stay abreast of the latest SAP innovations and updates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in SAP projects.

Project Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating and guiding them towards successful project delivery.
- Develop a Gold-Standard team to deliver to our customers clients
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP-related issues, offering guidance and mentorship to team members.

Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and compliance of SAP solutions with industry standards and client expectations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on project management and solution delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration, with expertise in at least one SAP module.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Language skills are hugely beneficial (German and English desired)
- Previous experience in a Big 4 consultancy or similar large-scale consulting firm is highly desirable.
