Job Summary: As an SAP Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving their SAP practice forward, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional SAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with our clients, understand their business needs, and design and implement tailored SAP solutions to address their specific requirements. In addition, you will actively contribute to business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and lead the sales and delivery of SAP projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on SAP solutions and technologies.
• Understand clients' business processes, requirements, and challenges to design and deliver effective SAP solutions that meet their needs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including project planning, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies related to SAP.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging SAP functionalities.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and preparing proposals and presentations.
• Lead sales activities, including solution demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing technical and functional expertise, and fostering their professional growth.
• Stay abreast of SAP product releases, updates, and new features, and assess their potential benefits for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, or SAP BW.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to align SAP solutions accordingly.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities, with the capability to lead teams and drive project success.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
