Our customer, a global pharmaceutical company, are embarking on their S/4 HANA journey and require a P2P AP Global Process Owner to join their team on a freelance basis. This will be another 12 – 18 month contract for the design phase.
You will play a pivotal role in optimising business processes during the design phase of their S/4 HANA implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and identify areas for improvement and implement best practises to enhance business processes
- Work closely with the project team to design and map out new processes in alignment with S/4 HANA capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns, manage expectations and promote user adoption
- Act as a liaison between the business unites and the IT team, ensuring that business requirements are actually represented in S/4 HANA implementation
Skill requires:
- Minimum of 2 end to end implementations of S/4 HANA within a global organisations
- Strong P2p background with specific knowledge around AP including global management of HCP / HCO
- Strong stakeholder management
- Clear communication and fluent in English
